Information you provide
When you book a discovery call, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, optional website, marketing goal, and selected appointment time. Please do not submit sensitive personal information.
How we use it
We use this information to reserve and conduct your call, send booking messages, respond to your inquiry, prevent conflicting appointments, and understand whether our services may fit your business.
Service providers
Booking records are stored in Supabase. Transactional booking emails are delivered through Resend. These providers process the information needed to provide their respective services.
Retention and sharing
We retain booking information only as long as it is reasonably needed for appointment operations, follow-up, recordkeeping, and applicable legal obligations. SecondTick LLC does not sell information submitted through the booking form.

Reply to your confirmation email to cancel or reschedule, or use the booking page to contact us about your information.
